Revlon RV670AW It worked!

Okay, I hate blow dryers and I hate straightening my hair because it is thick and long and takes forever. I am so against the time consumption that goes in to doing my hair that I stopped getting chemical relaxers 5 years ago and went natural (and for those who are in to it, my hair type is type 3c/4a and about mid back length when stretched). 1 to 2 times/year I have to straighten my hair to trim my ends. This process usually takes forever and it ends up as a puffball within an hour. I managed to get my hair as straight as I would get it with a mid range flat iron with this dryer alone and it only took about 20 minutes. I managed to get the flat iron through as well without it reverting to a puff. At no point did it overheat and shut off. I was quite happy.

The only issue the dryer might have though is the location of the vent. I think that this might cause issues for people who are left handed as the vent will spend most of the time against your hair and I imagine that would make it more prone to overheating.

Silly me thought all blow dryers were created equal! This one has FAR surpassed any blow dryer that I’ve EVER used! I’m black and have ethnic hair and this blow dryer is comprable to me using a flat iron on my hair! It’s never gotten this straight with any other product.
The ions make the air smell funny! but its well worth the ending results. I’m glad my old one broke because this was a MAJOR upgrade! It’s perfect in every way!

I love my new styler. It has alot of power and alot of features. The only thing I was disappointed about was the attachments. I thought they would be smaller, for my shorter hair. But in fact the brush attachment is really only good for longer hair, as it is too big.

I like this stye of dryer because I have curly hair and it works best to dry and smooth my hair with the attached styling brush. I take mine to the gym and many women ask me about this style of dryer who have curly hair. The actual body of the dryer is a little wide so it can be awkward at first to hold, but you find a way to hold it that suits your hand. I like that it has three speeds and a cool air button. On the normal loud side as far as dryers go. This unit holds up well as long as you take care of it. Make sure you keep your hand and hair off the air vent or the dryer will overheat in short time and shut itself off till it cools down. Seems self evident but I read people do it. Great dryer for the price and gets the job done well. Nice looking too. Thumbs up!

I bought this one because it was the perfect size for my limited space and should I ever travel again, it can come with me with duel voltage. Also, I wanted the cool shot button and the ions as well. I have to say the high switch is real high and the low real low, not much in the middle with this. This doesn’t bother me so much in a hair dryer. I haven’t noticed a difference in the ions except my hair seems to dry faster. I recently colored and I don’t use it every day either, so in time I’ll know if it makes my hair any healthier or not. I like the style and color of this dryer also, all the other ones seem so tacky.

The day I started using this hairdryer, I got compliments on how good my hair looked – no joke! People asked me if I’d gotten a haircut and I had to tell them no, just a new hairdryer. It’s a powerful machine for how small and compact it is. It folds up nicely to fit easily in a gym bag, suitcase or small bathroom drawer. The cord doesn’t retract, which is good in my opinion – my last hairdryer almost started a fire when the retracting cord frayed and sparked. I’ll update if anything goes wrong with this dryer, but I’ve been using for about 2 months now with no problems. Highly recommend it for the price, value and functionality!

I’ve read the reviews and have to admit I really don’t understand the Ion thing but whatever it is, it sure seems to be working. My old dryer conked out so I decided to purchase this one. With my hair looking quite damaged recently I wanted a dryer that wouldn’t make it worse. I changed shampoo at the same time so I’m not sure which did it, but my hair looks so much healthier. I have fine, straight hair and lots of it and I’m still finished drying in 5-6 minutes. Much faster than before without the static and damage. Love the setting controls; I use the warm, high setting and it leaves my hair really soft and healthy looking with no frizz. That alone is worth the modest investment in this product. I haven’t used the attachments and don’t think I will need to – a nice bonus but not something I require. I saw reports of “sparks” and singed hair and will be on the lookout for those things, but so far I’m extremely pleased and may order a second one for my daughter. Kudos Revlon!

Plain and simple… Do you want healthier, shinier, more full looking hair? Then use this blow dryer. It really works. I had no idea why my hair looked so much better after the first time I used it. My old blow dryer had broke (thank goodness) and I just picked one up at the store without reading anything. I’d never heard of ionic blow dryers. After using this blow dryer 3 or 4 times and having “great hair days” each time, I decided to research the ionic blow dryers. Yep, just as I suspected, the blow dryer is the reason for my recent awesome hair. I’ve owned this hair dryer for about 9 months now and I haven’t had any problems. My hair is as healthy as ever though I do use a heat protectant. Your hair is going to get damaged with any sort of heat if you don’t. I highly doubt some of the other women reviewing were using a heat protectant thus explaining their dry unhealthy hair.
