A good blow dryer really makes a difference
This blow dryer is amazing. I have long hair that can sometimes be hard to tame. I have always had cheap blow dryers, which means I spent 15 minutes drying and then another 20 minutes curling it or running a flat iron through it. When my last cheap blow dryer finally bit the dust I decided to spend a little extra money on this FHI dryer. After my first time using it I was shocked at what a difference it made. Not only was it shiny and full of body, but I didn’t even need to use my curling iron. It was worth every penny!! I will never go back to those cheap dryers again.
Lightweight & fast drying time!
I love this hair dryer and I’ve tried the more expensive ones. This one is the best! It dried my hair fast and my hair feels so shiny and healthy. It’s quiet and is very light weight.
Love Good Hair Days
This is a fantastic dryer. It not only provides the best “good hair days” I’ve ever been able to render from blowing out my own hair, but is efficient and quiet. Worth every penny! LOVE IT!

I spent several weeks researching hair dryers before making this purchase. This dryer was recommended to me by my hair stylist. I have very thick hair with a slight wave (just enough to be annoying – not completely straight or curly) and was looking for a dryer that would cut down on frizz and dry time and just plain make it easier to dry my hair – this has done it all. It is also very lightweight and much quieter than my previous Conair dryer. Now to be honest, this is the first expensive dryer I have ever purchased so I can’t personally compare it to others out there on the market, but I read every review I could get my hands on before buying and I didn’t see any negatives where other expensive dryers (T3 for instance) seemed to have just as many unhappy customers as happy ones. Even though it was quite expensive I don’t regret it one bit. And, even though FHI won’t honor their warranty if you buy it from Amazon, Amazon will honor the manufacturer’s warranty. It was much cheaper here.
OH MY GOSH, LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT
I never really believed that a blow dryer could make a difference, and I kept buying the cheaper drug store dryers. My last one was the Revlon Tourmaline dryer, the one that was touted to be as good as the T3. Well, it was OK, but I still required at least 20 minutes of drying, then smoothing with my FHI iron.
When I saw that FHI had a pro tourmaline dryer, I figured I had to at least try it, since I loved their flat iron so much. All I can say is WOW WOW WOW. This dryer is so far superior to anything else I have ever used. My shoulder length thick curly frizzy hair is dry and perfectly styled (with the help of a round ceramic brush) in 15 minutes, no need for my iron anymore. I really can’t believe my hair can get this smooth and shiny with only a dryer, but I LOVE IT. So it cuts at least 10 minutes out of my dry/style time.
This dryer is a bit heavier than my drugstore Revlon, but since I’m not holding it as long, it doesn’t really matter to me. The noise level is way way down too, I’ve never heard a dryer this quiet, so peaceful.
If you ever considered weather a pro dryer was worth the money, the answer is YES definitely. I hope this dryer lasts for years, but if it dies I’m running to buy a new one.

Excellent heat, power and speed.
I have fine texture, naturally wavy, but very thick hair. My stylist marvels at how long it takes her to dry my hair. This hair dryer is super strong and it has taken time off of my drying and styling. (I am considering bringing it to my next hair appt. for her to try.) My hair has never been this soft from a hair dryer before. Other than wanting funky, jagged texture sometimes, I have stopped using my flat iron! It also gives my hair volume, despite the wonderful softness. I am very happy with this hair dryer, although I still feel guilty for spending so much.
I have justified the cost to myself because I am expecting and HATE blow drying my hair. I don’t want to be “that” wife/mom/woman who lives in a ponytail after the baby is born. Honestly, with this hair dryer I am far more likely to style my hair.
Oh, and last thing. My hair is always greasy the second day after washing. IF there is any oil I run the dryer and brush through my dry hair and it looks as good as the first day. I am able to wash my hair every two – three days without feeling self-conscious. That was NEVER the case before. I used to use powder in the roots of my hair the second day. Not anymore!
Bottom line, if you are willing to spend the money, I would highly recommend this hair dryer. IMHO, it really does make a difference.
