Conair 259 Pleasantly Surprised
I know this sounds weird, but this was actually an impulse item. I saw it featured in a store and it looked cool, so I took a chance and bought it. It turned out to be a great purchase! The Conair 259 Infiniti Pro is very lightweight, not too large (definitely smaller and lighter than my Vidal Sassoon dryer). I love the 3 speeds, especially the cool speed. And it’s powerful! Wow. The airflow is really strong and will dry your hair fast. All in all, I’m satisfied with my purchase!
Conair 259 Great Dryer
I was going to buy the Conair 213XP but was concerned about the reviews pertaining to its weight, as I have some arthritis. Then I saw this dryer. It only had 3 reviews but they were all excellent ones. Since my previous dryer had died that morning, I checked to see if any stores sold it and found it at Target. Well, I am so pleased with this purchase. It works just as well (maybe better) as the $100+ one I had a few years back that died after only 6 months. My hair is fine, and with other dryers, the warm setting is usually not warm enough and the hot setting feels like its frying it. This dryer has hot, warm, and cool settings, which are actually hot, warm, and cool. The airflow has 2 speeds, with both speeds being useful. The higher flow really puts out the air. and the “cool” shot is amazing. It actually gets “cool” within about 2 seconds. None of my other dryers have ever gotten that cool. After I’m finished drying my whole hair, I also use the “cool” shot to completely cool it off. My hair looks and feels soft and shiny, and I’m almost 60 years old. As far as the noise, it has the same sound as the dryer my hairstylist uses. I will definitely buy this dryer again when this one goes.

I have an old hair dryer that really needed replacing so I was really happy to see this one offered on Vine.
It works great. It’s lighter then other ionic dryers I’ve looked at and more powerful as well. It has nice features: lots of heat/speed options, a strong motor, a nice color and a good warranty as well.
I have long thick hair and the Conair dried it really quickly without any frizz. Ionic dryers can be really expensive and this is very reasonably priced as well. A great, ionic dryer that is recommended.

I don’t use a blow dryer but my wife does so she was my tester for this item. She put it through the paces and liked it better than her regular blow dryer. Here’s what she liked:
1. The dryer handle is comfortable and easy to hold. The dryer was lighter than what she expected (it’s the same size as her current dryer).
2. The back is easy to open for cleaning.
3. The wattage is fairly high for a dryer at this price point so the heat and power of the air stream were very good (better than she expected).
4. The attachments that come with the dryer snap on and off easily and fit well.
5. When the temp setting is on Cool there is a button you can push called Extra Cold. This worked very well. When she used it the air stream immediately got colder. She was surprised at how effective this was.

One has to be truly amazed about the quality and the performance of this dryer. It is quieter than most. The instant cold button gives you cold are much quicker than one would expect. It is powerful, well made, and the control are placed well for easy control. There are 2 attachments to help with the air flow. Most complain about high priced. Things cost more thirty years ago than they do in 2010. The GFI on these new products provides a nice margin of safety.
Conair 259 Infiniti Pro Outstanding
For years, I’ve been using a Conair 1875 watt hair dryer, and it’s been dependable, effective, and easy to maintain.
The Model 259 is even better!
It’s very solidly and durably built. It has a professional heft to it. It really puts out a volume of air, more than the one I’ve been using all these years. It’s easy to direct the airflow where you want it to go. The filter can be easily removed from the body to clean the lint (it’s the lint that hampers air flow over time). Very stylish and attractive in a rich color, making my old grey plastic dryer look very drab by comparison. There’s an ergonomic styling to the handle absent from my earlier model. Also, this one’s smaller.
It has two fan speeds, three temperature settings, and a “cold shot” button, giving you all the setting options you need, in addition to two different styling extensions for the nozzle.
I have to say that without doubt, this Infiniti Pro is now my daily dryer… but I’m keeping the old one around for backup or guests!
Conair 259 Infiniti Pro Huge improvement!
I have an 1875 watt Conair Dryer that I bought about a 5 or 6 years ago. The last time I used it last week it smelled really hot and I was concerned, so this dryer sounded like a great solution to my concerns. And it is!
This dryer is lightweight and easy to use. The buttons are far smoother to use with one hand than my old one. There were a few differences I was really pleased with. 1) There’s a filter on the back that can be cleaned so that the lint doesn’t accumulate on the dryer.
2) The fan blade inside looks different–I can only presume that it’s an improvement over my older one since this dryer is much quieter.
3) The dryer is light and has a handle that can be held easily in your hand.
I read the one 2-star review of this dryer and I was surprised by it. I found all of the things the reviewer said not to be true of the dryer I received. I know that once in a great while any product can be a dud. That’s what I think could have happened in that case.
One last note–in the directions there is a chart about the heat settings you should use for what type of hair you have. I was surprised that for my hair I am supposed to use a cool or warm setting. It did work and do a good job on my hair. If you buy this dryer, make sure to read the directions (I almost always don’t!)
Conair 259 Hair Dryer Excellent Performance and Price
I didn’t realize how crappy my hairdryer was until I got the Conair 259 Infiniti Pro. Seriously. I thought hair dryers were essentially the same. Yes, I knew some had more blowing power. But other than that, how different could they be? Boy was I wrong. This little workhorse retails for about the same amount of money I paid for my old dryer and is an incredible upgrade. You can feel the quality in the Conair’s heft. It’s weighty, but balanced.
The machine drys my hair quickly (and it should, it’s far more powerful than my old dryer), but it also drys it more evenly and I think that’s making all the difference. My hair is more manageable since I’ve been using this each morning. As advertised: No frizz! Really! And it’s holding its style all day. I’m sold. I love this little guy.
Conair 259 Hair Dryer Perfect
Perfect size and having the 2 speed settings is great. I love the 3 heat settings and usually use the coolest so I can get that last bit of moisture out of my hair without burning it up from too much heat. That’s very important since I color my hair so I don’t need a hair dryer that drys it out totally so that it damages the hair. The cool setting will take a little longer but not too much when you have it on high, maybe a minute longer depending on how thick & how long your hair is.
Conair Hair Dryer Very Happy
I just got this yesterday but I used it this morning not sure of what to expect but it was so powerful I loved it. It usually takes forever to dry my hair but I was out of the bathroom in just a few minutes which really makes my hubby happy.
Conair Hair Dryer Wow!
Let me just start off by saying, you will not find a better dryer for this price, period. It’s just such a great dryer, budget friendly, powerful, lightweight, quiet, I even like the cool futuristic design, reminds me of Marvin the Martian’s pistol.
The 259 Infinity Pro, has three heat settings, which at first I didn’t check because I was too eager to try it, until I felt it was a little too hot for me, I settled for medium heat on high speed. Dries hair fast without getting too noisy.
Overall material quality feels great, buttons are smooth, plastic feels high end, even the paint looks great, yes! I know it’s orange, not my favorite color in the world but once you see it in person, I can see they used the best orange they could find he he.
I highly recommend this hair dryer!
